David Duchovny always struck me as a guy who had it all together, but I guess anyone can become a victim of their demons.

Only weeks ago, Duchovny entered a program to get rehabilitation for his a addiction to sex. He successfully completed the program, but it looks like Tea Leoni, his wife of eleven years has had enough of his excuses for womanizing.

The couple has reportedly been separated for several months, and had hoped to keep things quiet for the sake of their two children, according to a rep for the former “X Files” star. But it looks like another Hollywood couple is on their way to divorce.

“In light of the continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny , the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months” according to a rep for Duchovny.

But whatever Duchovny’s problems might have been, it doesn’t look like Leoni was completely blameless. The London newspaper “The Daily Mail” claims that Duchovny hit the ceiling when he discovered explicit text messages to his wife from actor Billy Bob Thornton , who co-stars with Leoni in the upcoming movie, “Manure”.

Thornton has denied the rumors, but Leoni has yet to comment.

In a stroke of irony, Duchovney plays a womanizing writer in his current TV gig, “Californification “, which airs on Showtime.
