Elisha Cuthbert Stirs Bad Blood Between Two NHL Players
Elisha Cuthbert may enjoy hockey, but she seems to enjoy hockey players even more.
Cuthbert’s former boyfriend, Sean Avery of the National Hockey League’s Dallas Stars has been suspended indefinately because of what the league calls “inappropriate public comments”.
The comments were made toward Cuthbert, an actress who starred in the ill fated “House of Wax” with Paris Hilton, and fellow NHLer and Calgary Flames defenseman, Dion Phaneuf.
“I am really happy to be back in Calgary, I love Canada,” Avery said at a press conference. “I just want to comment on how it’s become like a common thing in the NHL for guys to fall in love with my sloppy seconds. I don’t know what that’s about.”
Avery’s comments also seem to be directed towards Los Angeles Kings forward, Jarret Scott, who is dating another one of his ex’s, actress/model Rachel Hunter.
The sloppy seconds comment was classic. My husband and I really thought that he was going to let loose but it was very respectable.
