Susan Boyle Takes “Britain’s Got Talent” By Storm
Susan Boyle has taken Britain by storm. She’ll make you laugh, and make you cry, and has become an overnight celebrity in a country where it takes a truly awe inspiring performance to earn a standing ovation. At, 47, Susan Boyle has become a hit.
When Susan Boyle took the stage on the popular “Britain’s Got Talent”, her appearance and off shoot personality brought back memories of William Hung. As with Hung, the greatest talent on many of these “claim your five minutes of fame” programs, is the performers ability to make us laugh at their complete lack of talent.
But Susan Boyle is different. Before taking the stage, she confessed to living a matronly existence with her cat, and having never been kissed. Today, there are fan sites popping up to honor her, and it’s said that Simon Cowell is already in negotiations to sign her to a recording contract.
